How a Work of Art turned into a Community Project

I’ll never forget the time in my life that I designed The Love Necklace. I was just trying to heal myself from an abusive situation. I had no idea where that simple design would lead me, but here we are, 10 strong mentors coupled with 10 girls who needed a dose of empowerment.

Empower Her is in Motion

I'm excited to announce that first ever Love Necklace Campaign: Empower Her Sessions are in full swing, and we are moving along with powerful grace. The mission of this program is to diminish domestic violence through education and empowerment.

There is a woman who is healing from domestic abuse who is wearing the Love Necklace that was gifted to her through the purchase of a Love Necklace. I wish you could have been there when she received it so you could have seen how grateful she was... how much she smiled.

The Why

When I first designed the Love Necklace, it was a gift to myself. I wanted to feel loved so badly. I could only image what it would have felt like if, during one of my therapy sessions, my therapist told me out of nowhere, that she had a gift for me.
