I've created this space to share guided meditation and fitness sessions to guide you through your creative process.

Movement and Mindfulness

When we get out of our minds and let our bodies guide us, we’re able to delve deep into our souls in ways that our minds alone are not capable.

Since the moment I took my first steps, movement became my first form of self-expression and creativity. At the age of three, I donned ballet slippers, and by age seven, ice skates as well. I went on to dance in a pre-professional ballet company. When I had to choose between the stage and the ice, I became a competitive and professional figure skater through the International Skating Institute and the United States Figure Skating Association.

While my ice time these days is limited to the moments that I’m in Dallas (we don’t have ice rinks in this little corner of the Caribbean), running, yoga, and Pilates are integrated into my day-to-day routine, along with meditation and mindfulness. It’s through these practices that new ideas are born.

I'm beginning by introducing you to Jill and Brent, a married couple, both leaders in creative industries, who firmly believe in the importance of weaving fitness, movement, and mindfulness into their creative processes.
